2. Commission Rates

Affiliates will be paid a specific commission based on the terms agreed upon within the Social Snowball portal. Commission rates are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Based Balm.

3. Payment Terms

Payments will be issued to affiliates as specified in the Social Snowball portal. Based Balm reserves the right to withhold payments for any commissions that are not proven to be legitimate, verifiable sales.

4. Account Suspension or Termination

Based Balm reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, or any action deemed harmful to the reputation or interests of Based Balm.

5. Fraudulent Activity

Any attempts to artificially generate sales clicks, or leads, including but not limited to the use of bots, click fraud, or misleading advertising, will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account. No commission payments will be made for fraudulent activity or any activity not approved by Based Balm's team. We reserve the right to withhold all affiliate payments for any reason deemed necessary by our team. 

6. Changes to the Program
Based Balm reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to stay informed of any changes by reviewing these terms periodically.

7. Limitation of Liability
Based Balm will not be liable for any damages arising in connection with your participation in the Program, including but not limited to loss of revenue or profits.

8. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to the Program and receiving approval, you indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
