1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, AMEX, Mastercard) and Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay. We accept Bitcoin lightning through Strike commerce.

2. Where do you ship?

All orders are shipped from North Carolina, USA throughout the USA and International. The shipping cost is estimated at checkout (subject to discounts and deals).

3. Can I cancel or edit my order?

We cannot cancel or edit orders once they are placed.

4. How do I track my order?

Please use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

5. What if I put the wrong address on my order?

If the correct/updated shipping address is not provided by shipment date, the order will be considered forfeited. The customer will have to pay for shipping to receive the order as it will have to be repackaged and labeled.

6. What is your return policy?

All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored.

7. Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, as long as it is requested one business day prior to the subscription order being placed. 

8. What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Shipments may be subject to delays due to customs, regions, and national holidays. If you have yet to receive your order within 12 business days, or your estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us at basedbalm@gmail.com
